Service Agreement

Booking and Cancellation

2.2 A reservation is considered confirmed only upon receipt of a booking confirmation from Chauffeur Industries.
2.3 Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service to avoid cancellation charges.

Customer Responsibilities
5.1 Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information at the time of booking, including pick-up/drop-off locations, contact details, and any special requirements.
5.2 Customers must adhere to all applicable laws, regulations, and any specific instructions provided by the chauffeur.
5.3 Any damages caused by the customer to the vehicle due to negligence or misconduct will be the customer's responsibility and may result in additional charges.
Liability and Insurance
6.1 Chauffeur Industries maintains appropriate insurance coverage for its vehicles and drivers as required by local regulations.
6.2 The company's liability for any damages or injuries incurred during the service is limited to the terms and conditions of the applicable insurance policy.
